We strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this:

• Makes your device vulnerable to malware/viruses
• Compromises your phone's security features

Limitations of Liability

ChatNow AI is not responsible for:

• Full functionality of the App if you don't have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
• Charges from your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the App
• Roaming data charges if you use the App outside your home territory without disabling data roaming
• Device battery depletion that prevents you from using the Service

If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have permission from the bill payer to use the App.

While we strive to keep the App updated and accurate, we rely on third parties for some information. ChatNow AI accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from your reliance on the App's functionality.

App Updates and Termination

The App is available on Android and iOS. System requirements may change, and you must download updates to continue using the App.

We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice. Upon termination:

• All rights and licenses granted to you will end
• You must stop using the App
• You must delete the App from your device if requested

Temporary Blocks
