ST PERFECT APPS DEVELOPMENT LIMITED ("The Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates and provides AI Cleaner Guru ("The Application"), a suite of mobile and related services that help users manage and optimize their devices and daily workflows. The core features of the Application may include cleaning device storage and temporary files, detecting and removing duplicate photos and videos, compressing large files to free space, managing calendar events and reminders, and providing AI-based tools to assist with organization, planning, and other everyday tasks.
To use the Platform, you must accept these Terms, as well as any additional terms that may apply to specific features or components, including in-app purchase terms, subscription terms, AI feature terms, or third-party provider terms (collectively, the "Supplemental Terms"). If there is a conflict between these Terms and any Supplemental Terms, the Supplemental Terms will govern for the relevant feature.
The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be made available within the Application or on our website. WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive or non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.
