2. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Cleaner Pro and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the App. You assume full responsibility for backing up important data before using cleaning functions, as deleted junk files may not be recoverable.
3. Accuracy of Functions
The App’s file scanning and cleaning suggestions are based on system API data and cloud database comparisons. We do not warrant that all potential junk files will be identified, and you retain the right to review and select files for cleaning to avoid accidental deletion.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- A valid subscription is required to access premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel automatic renewal or manage subscriptions via "Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions" on your Apple device. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
- All payments are processed by Apple’s official payment system, adhering to Apple’s App Store Payment Terms.
5. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use AI Cleaner Pro only on devices you own or have legal access to, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- You shall not modify, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App’s code or functionality, or use it for malicious purposes (e.g., spreading malware).
