Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy govern your use of all services and applications provided by Xiaoyou Interactive Team (“Xiaoyou Interactive Team”). Please read them carefully before using any of our products.

By accessing or using Xiaoyou Interactive Team, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization (e.g., your employer), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” and “your” shall refer to that organization.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within our apps or on this page, so please review regularly.

1. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Certain Xiaoyou Interactive Team apps available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery offer subscription-based access. Payments are processed either through the app, via third-party payment processors acting on our behalf, or directly by the platform (e.g., Apple, Google, or Huawei).

Free trial subscriptions may be canceled at any time—up to 24 hours before the trial ends for Apple users, or at any point during the trial period for Google/Huawei users. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings on iTunes, Android, or Huawei. Cancellation takes effect after the current billing cycle ends.

For more details on cancellations and refunds, please refer to the policies of the respective app store where you made your purchase.

2. Your Information and Responsibilities

You may optionally create an account with us directly or via a third-party service such as Apple or Google. In the latter case, we will use information (e.g., name, email) permitted by your privacy settings on that platform.

You must be at least 13 years old and not prohibited by law from using our services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Any content you submit (including text, images, or graphics) remains your property. However, you affirm that you own or have the necessary rights to such content and that its use does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Xiaoyou Interactive Team and its licensors exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including all associated intellectual property rights. The services are protected under copyright, trademark, and other laws of Singapore, Vietnam, the United States, and other jurisdictions.

You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Xiaoyou Interactive Team solely as permitted under these Terms.

4. General Prohibitions

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems;
• Access or tamper with non-public areas of our infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software;
• Interfere with other users’ access (e.g., via spam, viruses, or denial-of-service attacks);
• Use automated tools (e.g., bots, crawlers) to scrape or extract data;
• Distribute malware or send unsolicited promotional messages;
• Engage in spoofing, phishing, or other deceptive practices.

5. Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content on our platform, please contact our designated agent at: fengtao56@sina.com.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Xiaoyou Interactive Team at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if continuation poses legal or operational risk. In most cases, we will attempt to notify you in advance and assist with data retrieval, except in urgent situations (e.g., court order, security threat).

7. Warranty Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XIAOYOU INTERACTIVE TEAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND—EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED/ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xiaoyou Interactive Team and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (i) your use of the service; (ii) your content; or (iii) your breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL XIAOYOU INTERACTIVE TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR USD $20 IF YOU HAVE MADE NO PAYMENTS.
